Bachelor’s or master’s degree in one of the following majors: Project Development & Management Track: Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, or equivalent. • Community Management & Sustainability Track: Environmental Sciences, Urban Planning, Public Administration, Social Sciences, or equivalent. • Design & Technical Engineering Track: Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Urban Planning, or equivalent. • Commercial & Construction Management Track: Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Business Administration, or equivalent. • Corporate Functions Track: Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Law, Human Resources, Information Technology, or equivalent.
Completing all graduation requirements before the start of the training program is a prerequisite for application. If the graduation certificate is not received before the end of the registration deadline, the applicant can attach proof of completion of all graduation requirements through the latest updated academic record or through a statement from the university stating that the graduation requirements have been fulfilled.
Joining the program requires full-time dedication, and the trainee should not be employed by any entity (governmental or private).

There is no need to prepare for the cognitive ability test. Some questions may be asked about your working or learning style. Try not to overthink or spend too much time answering any question. We want to know your original personality as there are many types of successful personalities at ROSHN. Before you start the evaluation, read the information provided carefully.
Take some time to learn about ROSHN. • The interview can be face-to-face or over the phone, and in the case of a telephone interview, choose a quiet and comfortable place without any distractions. • If you are using a mobile phone, make sure you are in a location with adequate coverage. • Keep a copy of your resume handy. • Be prepared with questions you would like answered (e.g. initiatives/projects, team culture, job requirements and tasks).
If the graduation document is not obtained, a graduation statement shall be attached.
